Smell the Art is a multisensory exhibition series that brings visual art and scent into conversation. Each exhibition pairs carefully selected fragrances with artworks, creating layered encounters where scent deepens, disrupts or extends what the eye perceives.
The ODDfest 2026 Smell the Art edition brings together artists and scent pairings in different locations of Helsinki city centre and Bio Rex Lasipalatsi. The works span painting, sculptures, photography and photomontage. What unites them is the shared belief that art comes to life when it engages more than one sense.
